Terms of sale

54 Weng Thye Nursery & Landscapes is a plant nursery in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, trading since 1999. The business is registered as Weng Thye Brothers Ceramics Trading (SSM 001516751-X). Our address and contact details are at the bottom of this page.

• All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM).
• Prices on this website are read from the nursery's till when the page loads, so they are the prices you pay at the counter that day.
• Potting and delivery are added separately. We tell you the full total before you pay.
• If a price shown is wrong because of a mistake, we tell you before you pay, and you can go ahead at the right price or cancel.

• You choose your plants and supplies, on this website or by message, and send the order to us on WhatsApp. Sending it does not charge you anything.
• Our staff check stock, pick your plants by hand, and send you a photo of the actual plants. If you don't like one, ask for another.
• We confirm the total, including any potting and delivery.
• Your order is confirmed when you pay that total.

No two plants are the same. The drawings and sizes on this website show the kind of plant and roughly how big it is; heights are approximate and include the nursery pot. The photo we send before you pay shows the plant you will get.

Our care guides and advice are given in good faith. How a plant does after it leaves us depends on its light, water and care, which we can't control.

After we confirm your order, you can pay by DuitNow QR or online bank transfer, or by card or cash at our counter. If you pay online by card or online banking, the payment is handled by our payment provider: we never see or keep your card number.

We take care to supply healthy plants and good supplies, and to deliver them safely. If something goes wrong that is our fault, we put it right as set out in our refunds policy. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the item, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
