Three ways your order reaches you, what each costs, and how long it takes.

In short
- By parcel: RM5 to RM20, for small plants and supplies, anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia.
- By our own lorry: across the Klang Valley, quoted by distance and load.
- Pickup: free. Collect within 3 days and our staff load your car.
- We confirm the delivery cost and day before you pay.
1. By parcel
- For small plants (up to about 60 cm tall, pot included), soil, feed and other supplies. The shop marks what can go by parcel.
- Courier fee: RM5 to RM20, depending on the size of the box and where it is going. We confirm it before you pay.
- We send parcels anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia.
- Your order is packed at the nursery and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 working days of payment. We WhatsApp you the tracking number; most parcels arrive within a few working days after that.
2. By our lorry
- For trees, palms, big pots, stone and soil by the load, in our own 1-ton and 3-ton lorries, driven by our own crew.
- We deliver across the Klang Valley and nearby; see where we deliver. Further away? Ask us.
- The cost depends on distance and load. We quote it, and agree the day with you, before you pay.
- Our crew places your order where you ask, as long as it is safe to reach. Planting can be quoted as one job with the delivery.
3. Pickup
- Free. Collect from Lot 984, Jalan Subang, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
- We hold your order for 3 days. Open every day, 8:30am to 7pm.
- Tell us your car when you order; our staff check it fits, show you your order at the gate and load it for you.
4. When it arrives
Your order is yours, and in your care, once it is delivered or collected. Plants travel at your risk once they leave us, and sales are final on delivery or collection; see Refunds & returns.
Couriers and heavy rain sometimes cause delays. If your delivery is going to be late, we tell you on WhatsApp and agree a new day.
