What we keep about you, why, and who else sees it. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

In short

We only keep what we need to sell you plants and deliver them.
This website has no advertising trackers, and we never sell your details.
Your bench and settings stay on your own phone until you send us an order.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you.

1. What you tell us

When you order or ask us something, by WhatsApp, phone, email or at the counter, we keep what you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address and postcode, your car plate for a pickup, what you ordered and paid, and any gift note.

We use it to:

prepare, deliver and confirm your order, and send you photos and updates on it;
answer your questions and put things right if something goes wrong;
keep the business records the law requires.

We don't send you marketing unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

2. Who else sees it

We never sell or rent your details. We share them only with those who help us serve you:

a courier, who gets your name, phone and address to deliver a parcel;
our payment provider, if you pay online: they handle your card or bank details, which we never see;
authorities, only where the law requires it.

3. What stays on your phone

This website remembers some things in your browser's own storage, so they are still there next time: the plants on your bench, the spot and car you chose, how you want it delivered, and your language. These stay on your phone and reach us only when you send an order. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes them.

4. What the website counts

To learn what helps our customers, the website counts how it is used: which pages are opened, which buttons are tapped (such as Waze or WhatsApp), which of our plant tags are scanned and which care guides are read, and the choices made in our landscaping questions. Each phone gets a random code for this. It is not linked to your name or number, and we can't tell who you are from it.

We don't use advertising trackers or cookies for advertising.

5. Other services

When you open directions, message us or follow our pages, you use Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, under their own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it, and keeping it safe

We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order and for the records the law requires, then delete them. Only our own staff can see them, and our systems are protected with passwords and access controls.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it). Message or email us using the details below; we reply within 21 days. Questions about privacy go to wengthye54@gmail.com.
