   Bright light with some morning sun. Dark and variegated kinds need more light to keep their colour.

   When the top 3 cm of soil is dry.

   Well-draining potting soil.

   A light feed once a month.

Something wrong?

• Lower leaves dropping

  Too little light or too much water.

• Tall with few leaves

  Cut the top off just above a leaf. It branches out below the cut.

• White sap where you cut it

  Normal, and it stops by itself. It can irritate skin, so wear gloves or wash your hands after.
