  1. 01

    Light

Bright shade. It copes with less, but the patterned kinds lose their colour in the dark. No afternoon sun.
  2. 02

    Water

When the top 2 to 3 cm of soil is dry, about once a week. In a jar of water, change the water every week.
  3. 03

    Soil & pot

Ordinary potting soil with good drainage.
  4. 04

    Feeding

A light feed once a month.

    What you'll need

    • Organic potting soil (tanah organik)
    • Moss pole to climb
    • Leafy plant fertiliser

All available here at the nursery.

Something wrong?

  • Yellow leaves

Usually too much water. Let the top of the soil dry out before the next drink.

  • Small leaves, patterns fading

Too little light. Move it somewhere brighter, but not into afternoon sun.

  • Long, bare vines

Cut them back. Put the cuttings in water: they root in a couple of weeks and can go back in the pot.

Indoors, aircon OK
